What does social media management include?
It can include content planning, content creation, captions, scheduling, publishing and ongoing management, depending on your selected plan. The exact scope is clearly shown on the Pricing page.
Which social media platforms do you manage?
I can work with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok, depending on what makes sense for your business. You do not need to be active on every platform.
Do I need to provide the content?
Not necessarily. Content creation is included in the relevant plans, while you can also provide your own photos, videos or other materials when you have them.
Do you write the captions?
Yes. Caption writing is included within the relevant plans, with the content written around your business, audience and chosen social platforms.
Will I need to approve the content before it is published?
Yes. Content can be reviewed and approved before publishing so you remain comfortable with what is being posted on behalf of your business.
Can I request changes to the content?
Yes. Reasonable revisions can be made during the agreed review process. The exact revision scope depends on your selected plan.
Do you create Reels and short-form video content?
Content creation can include suitable short-form formats where agreed, depending on the plan and the material available. Any specific production requirements can be discussed before work begins.
Do I have to appear in the content?
No. You do not have to appear on camera if you do not want to. Content can be planned around other suitable formats and materials.
Can you manage comments and messages?
Community management is included in selected plans. The exact level of comment and message support depends on the plan and agreed scope.
Do you manage paid social media advertising?
Paid social advertising is not automatically included in the standard monthly plans. If you need paid social support, we can discuss the requirements separately.
How does AI fit into your service?
I use AI as a supporting tool for tasks such as ideas, research, drafting and repurposing. I review and refine the final work so the content remains relevant, natural and aligned with your business.
Can I work with you if I only need occasional help?
Yes. Hourly Social Media Support is available at £45 per hour for consultations, audits, strategy, planning, content support and other specific social media needs.
Can I have a plan tailored to my business?
Yes. If the standard plans do not fit your requirements, I can discuss a tailored approach based on your platforms, content needs and level of support.
How quickly can we get started?
Once we have agreed the scope, requirements and next steps, I’ll organise the initial setup and content planning. The exact start time depends on availability and how quickly the required information and materials are provided.
Do I need a long-term contract?
Your agreement and cancellation terms will be clearly explained before you start. Any minimum commitment or notice requirements will be stated in the applicable terms.
What is the 14-day cancellation policy?
WowSpot offers a 14-day commercial cancellation period, subject to the applicable terms. The full conditions will be clearly explained in the Terms & Conditions before you start.
Who owns the content?
The applicable content ownership and usage rights will be clearly set out in your agreement. This ensures both sides understand what happens to the content created during the service.
